General Terms and Conditions

Order mode:

Orders are taken per telephone and email.

Email orders are considered as accepted, when they are confirmed within 24 hours by us.
An order in time allows for a punctual delivery.
With your order, please supply us with the following details:
* date and exact time of your requested delivery (at the earliest / at the latest)
* your name and the name of the person, who will take over the goods
* a contact telephone number to find out about the address, changed times of delivery, etc.
* the exact address of delivery i.e.: district, street, house number, name of the location or pub (name / door-number / information on the entryphone / info on the doorbells…)

Delivery:

The delivery is only carried out to the delivery position that can be most easily reached by a delivery van: this is the next best position of taking over the goods on street level (KERB) of the address given to us by you – the house entrance or entrance to the stairways – garage – garden gate – beginning of a pedestrian area - business premises – pub or guesthouse – etc.
The containers used for the delivery are neither rented out nor given on loan.
We do our best to be punctual, but it can happen that because of the traffic situation or because of the weather the delivery time will exceed or undergo the arranged limit! The carriers of “eiswuerfel.cc” or of a sub-enterprise commissioned by “eiswuerfel.cc” (optional courier service) are not permitted to enter private rooms or any sort of business premises!

Payment:

The ordered goods are to be paid immediately on delivery, the amount as stated in the invoice, without any deduction, in cash and EURO.
Liability:
The production of our goods is carried out according to the current, valid and required standards of hygiene.

* Attention!
It is not within our sphere of responsibility how our products are stored / handled after acceptance and payment.
With an order amount from 300 kg (35 sacks), our delivery is exclusively undertaken through prior written commission via email, under precise specification of your data – address of delivery, exact time of delivery, telephone number and invoice address – and after we have returned to you a confirmation of your order.
